Sounds like you had mods installed now you upgraded and they were lost. You’d need to re-apply your mods.

We don’t support mods nor do we assist with mods so you’re on your own. You should have a backup from before the upgrade. You can compare that with the new code to see what you modified then you can reapply the mods yourself.
