'I want to edit the text in the attached screenshot. I have cPanel File Manager access and I use the inspect tool, but I can;t find the file that can be edited. Can somneone tell me the path to it? Thank you[

It’s actually available in the UI via Admin Panel > Manage > Pages > Landing Page.

It's in the database, table ost_content, page 'landing'.
