Admin>Manage tab options no longer available.

Today my osticket self hosted server is no longer showing the options under all of the Manage tab sections>

My customer is also reporting that he is no longer able to see al of the ticket details. Only a small set of it>

No changes have been made to the server or the application. Is this a common issue or can it be solved or troubleshooted? Server has already been rebooted with the same results. Browser Cache has been cleared and incognito windows used as well with same results.

On the above screenshot... I'm only showing the Forms section... however all of the other sections are also blank. This is whith the main Admin user login.

You need to check all logs () for any related errors. You can also edit your bootstrap.php file, set display_errors/display_startup_errors to 1, save changes, and reload the pages that are broken to see if any errors get shown on screen.

The Dasboard > Logs only show a few unrelated errors>

I'll check how to enable the errors on the bootstrap.php file you mentioned and report back any findings.

Do you have a language pack installed? If so remove it and retest.

I do have a lang pack in include/plugins/ .However after moving the .phar file to another location the issue persists. I can't change the language back to English from the web admin because the option does not appear at all>

Is there any way this can be changed back to default language from the command line or a DB setting maybe?

Yes in the _config table you should see system_language.

Thanks for the help. I was able to find the entry in the _config table>

Value was replaced with en_US and it all works just fine once again.

If you want to use that language pack make sure that you have the latest one for your version installed and make sure it has the correct user/group ownership and file permissions.
