Hello, so I have uploaded a custom picture for my email template.
But after I save the changes, the image doesn't show up on the template like it's not uploaded or saved.
Can you help me for this matter? I'm using osTicket v1.18.2

It’s a known bug. It looks like it’s broken but it’s there and works. Go away from the template and go back and you’ll see it load properly.
