I recently moved my helpdesk from Server 1 to Server 2.
I removed the IIS site, dumped the DB, copied over the config and rebuilt the IIS site and loaded in the data dump into the new DB and everything was working fine apart from when someone emails into our mailbox it is somehow still being absorbed into the old db on Server 1. When I manually create a ticket it creates it fine on Server 2 but just the emailing part is currently going to DB on server 1 and I can't figure why this would be. Below are the helpdesk settings but if you need anymore information please ask.
My include/ost-config.php points to localhost so this should have propagated over correctly.
