Hi,

Is there a plugin for exporting tickets to Excel? If there is, where can I get it?

You can already do so within any Queue or search. Click Export at the bottom, select what fields you want, and click Export to get a CSV that can be opened in Microsoft Excel. The only format we have at the moment is CSV however we plan on adding more after v2.0 has been established; so stay tuned!

KevinTheJedi I tried what you told me and it works, but there is one problem.
The fields I created are not in the list to export. So, the default fields are there, but the fields I created are not available for export. Is there any way I can add them to export ?

Ah, if you mean fields on Custom Forms then you are correct. You can export fields on the Ticket Details form and pretty much anything else. As part of v2.0 we are adding the ability to export pretty much everything including fields on custom forms.

Not at this time, no. All available plugins can be found on our website. We do not have one that extends the export functionality. But as I said we are adding this in v2.0 so stay tuned!

We don’t have a set release date but we plan on having a preview this year. It’s been in development for a while now and is progressing really well.
