Good Morning, and I apologize ahead of time if this is not the right place to discuss issues that i am having but i am reaching out to the community and to the devs for some guidance.
I am getting very strange issues with osTicket. I have it setup on a fresh vps running debian 12 php is 8.2 and im on what ever version of maria db there is in the debian 12 repositories.
I know that http errors 520 and 525 are indicative of issues with cloudflare but i have DNS proxying turned off. SSL mode is set to Full Strict but everything is working for the most part and the errors are not coming up for me but for a friend of mine who i have set this up for.
Secondly certain pages when i click on them load blank screens and then after some time refreshing or going back one page and then back in the page loads. i do have php's APUc module installed on the server, could this be causing the issues?
I have removed the APCu and Opcache and that has helped a bit but still getting blank screens, I have the ram usage by php set to 1G could it be i need to increase the ram being used by php?
