Os Ticket Error

unexpectedly error 500 in browser when i access the website ticket of my company. nginx runs better.
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Non-static method Misc::currentURL() cannot be called statically

Web Server - Nginx
OS - Centos 7
PHP - 7.2
PHP-FPM - 8.1
OS Ticket Version Install - osTicket-v1.15.4

anyone can help me ?

thanks for response kevin,the version is 1.15.4, idk why but i check yum log php-fpm update on 17 may 2025, thats exact complain abot the ticket web.
but i check the version is php-fpm -v
is php-fpm 8.1

Seems like your PHP-FPM got updated automatically somehow. You should be able to just downgrade it back to 7.2 and you should be good.

but kevin, i'll check yum log before, php-fpm has been update in 8.1 28 feb 2025, no error matters on my company web ticket.

why idk ? can you explain this ?

I don’t manage your server so I have no idea; I’m just going off the information I’m given. You said yum shows updates on fpm at the same time osTicket started reporting errors. So that tells me fpm was likely auto-updated and starting causing issues with osTicket.

I will say you are using a really old and outdated version of osTicket that is no longer supported. So you need to upgrade asap so you can receive support, etc.

v1.15.4 definitely did not support PHP(-FPM) 8.1 so that would be an issue. It only supported PHP 7.2-7.4. So I suspect your site is configured to use FPM and that got auto-updated which is now causing issues.
