Hello, i tried a lot of solutions about these screenshots, without any results, i already have access to all things even the server.
the 1st one screen it freez when choose basic auth and the second one when choosing google all credi.. are correct but the 3rd screen comes when try to save !

When you are directed to Google you must authenticate as the email you are configuring within osTicket.

you mean i have to put the osticket admin and email the same as gmail email ?
i have email on gmail that i used to configure the auth process with google, and also i have main email xxx@mydomain.com , how can i make the process correctly ?
and what about the freez screen when choosing the basic option ! why this happened ?!
For the blank popup you need to check your logs for any related errors.
As for the mismatch error you are setting up noreply@ so when you are brought to Google you must authenticate as noreply@.
