Hello,

Am using latest version of osticket. Am facing issue with email attachments...

I have piped my support email with my osticket installation... if i send a file of 6MB it is creating ticket with an attachment of 3.5 MB and also the attached file was fully corrupted...

I have checked the limits and it was set as 19MB... i dont understand why it is happening ? Can somebody help me out with this ?

Note: If i upload the same file via web it is uploading perfectly... only email piping attachments are getting corrupted. Error logs also not having any error messages !

I think you've fallen prey to (this bug). Upgrade to 1.7.1.4 and you should be in good shape.
