I had osticket 1.9.12 running on an old CentOS 6.10 box. I moved from there to Ubuntu 22 with Nginx and Osticket 1.18.2. Everything seems to have worked properly but I notice when I change information related to IMAP mail retrieval, it's not working correctly. First off, tickets created via email are emailed to agents that I have already deleted, and second, when I deleted the IMAP retrieval account and then re-added it, the server keeps trying to use the old password. It's kinda dumb-founding me that it seems to pretend that stuff I add or delete is still there. Any advice would be appreciated.
