When osticket pulls an email that was sent to it, the email signature does not appear, and usually in this signature we have user data such as name and phone number in png or jpeg images, the system works normally with attached images, in different formats, but it seems to me that only the signature does not come along, including the show images button no longer appears, we are now using the latest version, v1.18.2
