Hi, we're currently using chatbot.com to automate answers to our Chat Support by using the FAQ articles as a "source". To do this, the AI must be able to "crawl" the site.
Unfortunately, whenever I put the URL, it only sees 1 page. I have also reached out to Chat Bot to check if I need to comply with certain structures, but I was hoping this is a simple "point and shoot" task.
Are you familiar with the built-in FAQ module of osTicket not being compatible with AI "crawling"?
I would appreciate your insights regarding this.
