We just updated to 1.18.2 from 1.15. We need to have the gmail OAuth2 working. We have one email account (support@mycompany.com) that checks the emails automatically and creates tickets.
Everything seemed to go smoothly. However, the the support account doesn't seem to be able to check emails. They are staying in the inbox and no tickets are being created.
We updated our server. See specs at the end.
The behavior that doesn't seem correct occurs after setting the IdP config in the Admin Panel->Email->Email.

After submitting, the gmail prompt for the email address appears, then the password prompt, and then the OAuth prompt with options to Cancel and Allow. After clicking Allow the browser forwards to a 404 page with a URL like this: https://support.mycompany.com/api/auth/oauth2?state=7eb819b950f90a9985c0089d37e39102&code=xxxxxx&scope=https://mail.google.com/
What are we doing wrong?
