any body help me to change report time format from

Average time tickets remained open

2013: -1Y -1M -1w -1d -5h -43m

to be like this

Average time tickets remained open

2013: 3d 9h 55m 43s

I'm not sure I follow you since there isn't any place in osTicket that actually does what your referring to...

That's part of Scottro's Reporting mod, and not part of osTicket.

That being said you could edit the duration function located in reports_includes\functions.php starting on line 91.
