The error is not reproducible. It is random and usually occurs after operational hours.
My current osTicket build is stable and operational with the exception of the occasional, "I can't place a work order."
My sense is that I have some sort of server/application problem.
I am not sure where to start looking to troubleshoot in terms of modules as nothing is showing up in the logs.
The new update looks like it will require a new PHP.
Also, my employer will probably require a new server build.
My intent was to update in June due to usage traffic.
