I'm planning to migrate my current service from an external provider to AWS Lightsail.
I'm new to both AWS and server management, and I'm planning to host osTicket.
I’ve read the basic requirements from osTicket, but I’m still unsure which Lightsail instance type would be the best choice for a beginner just getting started.
Could anyone recommend a Lightsail plan and Platform (Linux or Windows) that would be suitable for running osTicket smoothly, especially for a small setup or initial use?
