osTicket v1.18.2 Email Fetch Issue

Apologies i cant see the wood for the trees. I am currently running osticket v1.18.2 with PHP v8.4.6 and cannot seem to get email fetching to work. I have authenticated with o365 and that appears fine. previous version used a sheduled task to run the cron.php every 5 minutes. If i manually run this it runs but doesnt pull mail through. there are no errors and also in the authentication for imap email it is using the correct account. what am i doing wrong ? i an trying to achive email fetching every 5 minutes regardless if anyone is logged into the portal or not.

any guidance / assistance appreciated and apologies if this has been covered previously.

Check your system logs for any Mail Fetcher errors.
Are you positive the authentication is setup and working properly? If you did everything right you should have a Token tab that displays the token expiration, etc. in the Authentication > Config popup within the email.

Yes i am defiantely sure. No errors and i also see the token if i edit the connection details on the remote mailbox

You said you are using v1.18.2 but are you using the latest build of the OAuth2 plugin? Have you updated your Scopes as part of this guide? Do you have the global mail fetching setting enabled (Admin Panel > Emails > Settings > Email Fetching > Enable)?

I can confirm that i am using the latest OAuth2 plugin and global mail fetching is enabled.

Then to me it sounds like the Schedule Task is not working as intended. Set your Default Log Level to DEBUG, rerun the scheduled task, and check your system logs to see if you see a Cron Job entry that states it was executed successfully.

I may be incorrect as I am not on 1.18, but that doesn't look like the standard theme/code for the web page. Are you running mods? If so, can you try with a vanilla install and see if you get the same results?
