Hello, I have been tasked to check if we can integrate the European Commission's EU Login authentication service into osTicket. We are currently using LDAP, but we are asked to change that. There is already a package existing for PHP (Symfony Framework) : https://github.com/ecphp/eu-login-bundle Do you think that it can be easily integrated without too much dev? Thank you

Oof, it will require quite a bit of development. In fact it will need its own custom plugin, etc. We do not have guides on this so you will be on your own. You can look at the existing plugins for reference. Good luck!
