Hello everyone,
I'm currently using the new OAuth plugin introduced in version 1.17, configured with a Microsoft OAuth provider. I'm running into an issue where, after completing the OAuth flow (selecting the provider in the helpdesk → completing the OAuth process → returning to the helpdesk), I'm redirected to the osTicket homepage. However, I'm not logged in—even when attempting to log in as an agent.
At this point, I'm unsure how to proceed with troubleshooting.
