I've recently encountered issues with my SMTP server, which caused errors to appear in the osTicket logs. It seems that ticket replies were not sent during that time, but I can't find any ticket numbers or message IDs in the logs to identify which tickets were affected.
Is there a way to track down tickets that were created or updated but whose email responses failed to send? For example, is there a database query or a specific log that could help identify these cases?
Any advice or experience with this would be greatly appreciated.
