osTicket Connector & Forms

Hello everyone,

I'm using osTicket Connector, the WordPress Plugin that allows creation of ticket trough forums, and also Contact Form 7 to create the forms.

My questions is, how can I tap the Costum Forms in osTicket to open a ticket from the Custom Form 7.

Example: I've created a Custom Form in osTicket for Onboarding process, with multiple dropdowns and fileds.
And I want then someone fills the Contact Form 7, placed inside the WordPress, to generate the ticket with the Custom Forms

WordPress website > Contact Form 7 onboarding form > Custom Forms in osTicket > Ticket Created.

That is a 3rd party plugin that we did not develop nor have any associations with so you will get no assistance with that here. Traditionally you’d use the API for such a setup. When someone fills out a form on an external site you can call the API to create a Ticket. Alternatively you can have the form generate an email that can be sent to your system email where you can fetch/pipe the emails to create Tickets.
