Hello I want to ask, if someone has an example in java or php, where you add a reply to a ticket using the API. I really want to know because I try with different methods and examples but is not working.

The API only allows for Ticket Creation. Anything outside of that will need to be manually added by yourself. With this being said a fully RESTful API is slated for v2.0 so stay tuned!
