Not all email parsed

I'm probably doing something wrong however not all the emails in my mailbox are being parsed into OSTicket however they are being labeled and archived in Gmail. I go through the list of emails once a day and right now my only solution is to put the emails that were not parsed back into the inbox. Usually this works however sometimes I have to repeat this a number of times. I can't find any errors in the mail log. If I need to provide more information to resolve this I'd be happy to provide. Hopefully someone is able to help me resolve this.

Without logs/errors it'd be near impossible to figure out. I would recommend monitoring all possible logs on the server when a fetch happens to see if anything relevant is being logged during the processing failures.

I've set the logging to debug. I'm getting CRON logs that just say Cron job executed. I'm also getting some Mail Fetcher logs that say: the single Id was not found in response.
Any idea how to resolve this or what else I can check?

Ah, that’s a known issue on the backlog. For now you can switch it to Do Nothing and you should be good.
