Hi dears, I am using ticketing system since October 2024 and I am using sing in with azure for signing in and created E-mails for departments and E-mails used for fetching new tickets sent to department E-mail but now there is lag in E-mail fetching they are being fetched and the ticket opened may be after one hour some times after sending E-mail I checked the system events and I found attached errors , I didn't change any config I only updated form 1.18.1 to 1.18.2 "last version" and the firewall the server published using it was Sophos XG 210 now I replaced it with FortiGate X 201 , any advices on how to get every thing working smoothly as it was before???

Those are SMTP errors; not fetching errors so these are unhelpful here. For fetching you’d need to check your cron job to ensure it’s running properly, on a set schedule, etc.
I will say though that the SMTP errors simply mean SMTP is failing. You need to go update the settings/authentication.
