Email Not moved after read

I observe that Some of emails are not moved in the folder which i have configured. It is stay in Inbox folder/
Is that any filtering or somthing else?
How can i check that?

Please not it is not happening for the all the emails

Did the emails that didn't get moved actually get processed within the helpdesk? Could be the system has issues fetching said mail so it cannot move it neither.

Yes that mail is processed within the helpdesk. Just facing issue is that is not moved!

Then make sure you are using v1.18.2, PHP 8.2-8.4, MySQL 8.0+ (or MariaDB equivalent), and retest.

Server Information
osTicket Version v1.18.1 (0375576) — v1.18.2 is available
Web Server Software Apache/2.4.46 (Win64) OpenSSL/1.1.1g PHP/8.2.13
MySQL Version 5.7.31
PHP Version 8.2.13

But it is working earlier i didn't undestand why this issue is occureing now!

Your osTicket is not all the way up to date. Please always upgrade to the latest and retest to see if this is an old bug that has already been addressed, etc.
