I installed Osticket for internal use and I am very satisfied. I have a situation that I have not yet been able to overcome. Osticket is installed on a computer and employees access it through the IP of this PC, in this case http://172.16.1.110:8081/suporte/upload/scp/login.php
The problem is when you log out of Osticket and try to log back in, you cannot. You enter the correct username and password but nothing happens. To be able to log in again, you have to delete the browser history, close and open the browser again. I don't understand why.
