Hi, we are using osTicket to register new group members. The membership is temporary so we register with a start date and the end date. I need to send email to ticket owner about when the end date is due within a month or so.

Then you’ll need to write a script that checks the date and makes an API call to create the Ticket -or- add a reminder to your calendar! We don’t have the concept of automatically creating tickets based on criteria. This is called Automation and Triggers which we are slating as a feature after the v2.0 release.

Thank you for fst reply, I think I can't be the first one with such a request or? Anyway I will try to create script fetching dates eligable/due to the creteria.
