I want to filter tickets from 9pm today to 7am tomorrow, can you help me? The filter tickets is named "Night Shift", do you have any code for me to refer to, I need it, thank you.

    There is currently no way to accomplish this natively. You will have to modify the codebase to add your own calculations, criteria, etc. I cannot assist you with any customizations as you are deviating from core. The code is open source and publicly available on GitHub. GitHub has a great search tool and even a code tree/glossary feature. You will proceed at your own risk. Good luck!
