When I try to search for a ticket by subject, it doesn't show anything. In previous versions, it worked correctly. Is this a new feature or a bug?

    I cannot replicate this issue. First, post a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information. Secondly, can you provide screenshots of what you mean?

    The two images I sent show the issue: when trying to search for a ticket or tickets in the search field by Subject, no results are returned. In the images, I search for the word "vpn," which is mentioned in the Subject of several tickets.

      I responded before you posted the second message so you can disregard that. So you can see from your screenshot that the page is incomplete (ie. broken). This means something is erroring out and should be getting logged in your PHP error logs file(s).
