Very slow system
I have users configured via LDAP and other local users.
I updated the operating system version, and after updating the osticket system started to run very slowly, to the point that some Agent users could not access
Agent Users are taking a long time to log in.
Local users cannot log in.

In htop the cpu shoots up

Could it be a problem with the database? Can someone help me?

    Yes your database can’t handle queue count queries. You can always look at older threads on this forum for helpful patches. Otherwise you need to beef up the resources for MySQL and optimize your database via the official guide.
