Hi!
I have OSTicket the latest version, 1.6RC4 installed on a detacated server running CentOS5, CPanel11 and WHM. My mail server is Exim.
My problem is that when a ticket is generated the admin gets the e-mail alert but staff do not.
I added a staff member and put them in the group of staff. No person in the staff group get's e-mail. Is there something that I should change?
maybe if I make an admin account someone could have a look to make sure I set things up right?
