That means your SMTP is failing (or you don’t have it configured) so it’s using local Sendmail as a fallback however that is also failing (likely because it’s not configured as many people don’t configure it out-of-the-box). You should review the SMTP information for the email responsible for sending the mail as well as ensuring the connection is successful. You can test the connection by navigating to the email in the Admin Panel, clicking the Outgoing (SMTP) tab, ensuring Status is set to Enable, and clicking Save Changes.
