Hi Guys,
I am at the end of my search,
There is one field (in the 3 HelpTopics) which is mandatory. But it is only displayed in the ticket overview for two HT. Why? The field is visible in the ticket details.
How can I display a custom field in all HT overview for all User/Agents?

    Make sure it is visible/editable to all Users/Agents. Admin Panel > Manage > Forms > click on Form > click Config next to field > Settings > make sure all checkboxes for Visible and Editable are checked.
