Hello,

I have osTicket version 1.12 installed on Plesk, which is the version allowed for installation on Plesk. I'm having trouble adding new clients to the system so they can report issues, as it doesn't allow me to do so. I assume this is due to the PHP version, which I also can't upgrade.

My question is: Is it possible to update osTicket to the latest version by replacing files in the installation directory?

    Yea but it requires you to upgrade prerequisites like PHP and MySQL. You said you can’t do that so it sounds like you will need a new server. You can find the upgrade docs here. You can find the prerequisites listed for each version on our downloads page.
