I was pleased to see a minor update in Feb - thanks guys.
I noted the list of improvements on 1.17.6 (https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/releases/tag/v1.17.6) much larger than 1.18.2 (https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/releases/tag/v1.18.2)

Could someone answer my obvious question, why more in 17 than 18?

Thanks!

I have explained this elsewhere on here and on GitHub but essentially we support two major versions at a time so people can have time to upgrade, etc. With that being said 1.18.x is on top of 1.17.x. So whenever 1.17.x has changes we merge 1.17.x into 1.18.x which means 1.18.x gets all of 1.17.x updates. We simply don’t duplicate release notes so it appears less but it’s all of 1.17.x plus the 1.18.x changes.

    Cheers.
