Hace unos meses cambiamos la ticketera a la version 1.18.1 desde una version 1.9
funciona perfectamente y pudimos hacer anda todo correspondiente sin problemas.

Ahora el tema es que al recibir más de un email el mismo se solapa, es decir, se pone
ticket1, ticket2, ticket3 en un solo email y no como estaba antes que cada ticket era un email diferente.

seguramente estoy complicando la pregunta y podrida no entenderme alguien, pero agradecería si la misma tiene una solucion.

A few months ago, we upgraded the ticketing system to version 1.18.1 from version 1.9. It works perfectly, and we were able to make everything function as expected without any issues.

Now, the issue is that when receiving more than one email, they overlap. That is, ticket1, ticket2, and ticket3 are grouped into a single email, instead of how it was before, where each ticket was sent as a separate email.

    It looks like you have multiple "New Internal Note Alerts" for the same Ticket which would of course thread the related notifications. Please clarify if different.
