Hi, I have a strange problem.
My outgoing emails show a signature for all users the same (company data etc).
However when I click on Admin-Panel -> Agents -> Departments the box for the signature is empty. When I put some text in it will not show in the emails.
I checked all users but none of them has a signature in its panel.
Where do I change the default deparment signature for all users? I edited the signature when I installed osticket some years ago but never changed it. Now I cannot find the correct path to make changes which we have to update.
My version is 1.17.4
Also I do not see the link to make an update to newer version in the settings page?
