Hi all, im completely new here and have run into an issue with search and have tried finding solutions here but to no avail.

osTicket Version: v1.18.1 (0375576) — v1.18.2 is available
Web Server Software: Apache/2.4.58 (Ubuntu)
MySQL Version: 8.0.40
PHP Version: 8.1.31

The installation was upgraded from v1.9.12 some time ago (i was not present then)

When searching for: "Radon" I get 6 pages with results (sorted by created) here.
Notice #778727 for example or even easier #963791

Page 6: 126 - 150 - with 3 hits so in total 128hits). I assume #963791 would be here.

So i would assume that i can find ticket #778727 on page 5.

When exporting i get 183 rows, but on the web i only get 128 so something is clearly wrong and i have no clue on how to proceed.

We have followed the instructions from:

Where we have truncated the ost__search table as well as recreated the ost_ticket__cdata but to no luck.

Any ideas?
