Where are agent names and details stored

Hi,
I was looking in the database to find details of agents, but they are not located there. I did a Linux "grep" search on the application files, but cannot find details there either. Is there a location for these configurations? I also found the same with system log entries - while they are in the database, they appear to be kept somewhere else as well. While not critical to running the system, during testing it helps to know where things are located and impact of any manual modifications. For instance, we had issues creating a third agent's password until several attempts at clearing cache etc. (not exactly sure how we got there in the end) so I was looking for any place I could manually review the agent details.

Hi,
Thanks for that.
I looked through the above doco, but I am unable to find agent configurations in the database.
Say an agent is created with the name "blackman", and various details. If I download the database as an sql text file to my PC and search it as a text file, I am unable to get a match on "blackman" or other details like email. I know it has to be there but I'm not finding it. Is there a particular table name I should be looking at?

Thanks Kevin. I've got it. The diagram's staff_id was inserted into ost_staff, where I see the values. Working with another IT colleague helped becoming more familiar with the agents, and other configs as well.
