Hi there,

We have an issue where we the below tickets get opened up automatically in certain situations. Is there a way we can prevent "Postmaster" from getting automatically attached to responses of tickets? I believe that is the cause of these issues, and it is impacting the reporting that is performed on a weekly basis. Screenshots below.

Thank you!

Simply ban the email in your system's Banlist (Admin Panel > Emails > Banlist). You will miss bounce-backs from that domain/sender however which may be important for debugging, etc.

    Cheers.

No, you ban the email or it’s allowed through. You can create a ticket filter but that will only prevent new tickets. You can also disable email collaborators but that’s global so no collaborators from any emails will be added.

Please do a Google search on postmaster addresses and bounce backs. Bounce backs are sent back to the sender - hence the name “bounce back”. You also fetch from the address you send from. So when an email goes to your inbox it gets fetched into the system. A bounce back is sent back to your inbox so it gets fetched and crates a ticket.

        Cheers.
