Once a customer has submitted a ticket they get the following message:
Thank you for contacting us.
A support ticket request #XXXXX has been created and a representative will be getting back to you shortly if necessary.
I would like to change the message (regarding the number being #xxxxx that is okay), saying that the message may be in their spam folder and that the ticket number to track its progress is contain in the email etc.
What file do I edit to change the message?
