Hi,

I'm experiencing an issue with the date picker in osTicket. Instead of displaying the seconds, it shows the letter "i." The date picker itself is not functioning correctly.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

    That's due to your date and time format being incorrect/malformed in your system settings (Admin Panel > Settings > System > Date and Time Options).

        Here are the default values:

        • Time Format = hh:mm a
        • Date Format = MMM dd yyyy
        • Date and Time Format = MMM dd yyyy hh:mm a
        • Day, Date and Time Format = EEE MMM dd y hh:mm a
