Hello Atll,

I am having an issue with gaining access to my system after the first time I accessed the system and made some configuration changes. I have reinstalled the system a number of times, too many to count, and after initial login and logout, no more access.

I am using the following applications to set up my server:

  • Debian 11

  • apache2 2.4.62-1deb11u2

  • php8.1 8.1.31-4+020250310.70+debian111.gbp2690f4

  • mariadb-server 10.5.28-0+deb11u1

I am not sure what I am doing wrong. If anyone has a solution on what files need to be adjusted (and their locations on the server) would be greatly appreciated. It looks like an easy software to use. I am using to support homeless and under housed members of society to provide them with a communications tool that they can receive messages on for free.

Any help that anyone can help me with my issue is greatly appreciated.

Ah, osTicket v1.18.2 requires a minimum of PHP 8.2. Please upgrade PHP, install and enable any currently installed/enabled PHP extensions for the new version you upgrade to, restart the web server, and retest.

    Cheers.
