Hello everyone, Im running v 1.17 of OSTicket but im facing some difficult steps while trying to cofigure oauth2 with google.
My setup is basic and running on IIS. So I have an email address "support@san.al" which is on google workspace not google cloud and everyone who sends emails this email should create a ticket. Everything is internal, nothing is online for the world.
How do I set it up with google Oauth ? Its asking for client ID and Client secret ?
Is there any tutorial or anything that walks me through this ?

Thank you all 🙂

Thank you all. I followed the guide and im facing this error :

The same error i get in SMTP settings.
Im using the same client ID and same client secret for OSticket itself and for that 1 email that is going to be as a support email (which is the main one).
I was able to pass the google authentication and I selected "Allow" when google asked for premission.
    Note 2: Osticket v1.17
Hosted: Localhost (internal only via IIS)

    Please help :/

This is not an osTicket issue but rather an IIS and PHP issue. Your PHP instance is missing the root cURL certificate. There are many articles online that explain how to fix this (example).

      Cheers.

I just fixed that. Thank you guys 🙂

Btw, can i use the same API client ID and secret for the same email including imap and smtp or do i need seperate keys ?

      Thanks
