Post a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information. That likely means you have some sort of timing/timezone discrepancy and/or cookie/session issues.

Any reason why your database time zone is CST and not an actual time zone name like America/Chicago or something? Also, any reason why it’s not UTC?

This worked for me !!
increase the lock timer at Admin panel -> Settings -> System -> Collision Avoidance Duration.set the timer to 0 to disable it.
That simply disables the lock feature which increases the risk of multiple agents posting replies on the same ticket at the same time. But hey, whatever works for you.
