    Only give yourself access to the needed Departments (Admin Panel > Agents > Agents > click your name > Access). Ticket access is based on Department access, assignment (either you directly or one of your Teams), and referral (either one of your Departments, you directly, or one of your Teams).

    There is also a setting that controls if you can see all Tickets in searches or not (Admin Panel > Agents > Agents > click your name > Permissions > Miscellaneous > Search).
