Hi dears,

from about 5 months I installed osTicket and it is working for two departments , now I need to add new department and add E-mail for it but unfortunately when trying to configure Microsoft authenticator OAuth2 it after putting the needed data and secret key and others it take me to sign in with microsoft E-mail but it return with the attached screen error? any idea how to fix it

    It’s always a good idea to take a peak at the latest documentation to see if there has been any changes, etc. If you look here there is a big Attention notice at the top that explains this scenario.

      KevinTheJedi Thanks Kevin for your always support , how can I update the plugin from the "depreciated one" to the new one especially I am using the old one for logging and fetching new E-mails tickets , after some search AI told me to rename old files and add new files in plugins folder but when doing this when Trying to add new plugin I got IIS error page , what is the master steps for upgrading plugin?
