We have about 15 departments all setup correctly. All with own emails. But all emails come to one department. This is about the 4th OsTicket I have setup never with problems like this before.

I understand the problem now. Email is from a distribution list one member is the OsTicket but it's email address is different to the department's email address ... then it doesn't find where it belongs and goes to default department.
I'm using 0Auth2 - Micosoft. When I go to config I have strict matching turned off but I can't authenticate.

    Yea the correct department email needs to be in the To or CC field in order for that to work properly. If no system email in the headers it cannot find a match.

    yep we discovered that, Have to rethink how we set it up. But one normal mailbox with alerts going to agents seems to be the best way to go.
