I would like to disable two specific input fields so that users cannot edit the data once it has been provided. If it is possible to configure this directly in osTicket settings, please let me know where I can do it.

However, if I need to modify the code, please guide me on:

The exact path and file where I can find the form input fields.
The specific section of the code that I need to edit to disable the inputs.
I have searched through the code but couldn't find where these input fields are located. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
